Job summary

Crave InfoTech LLC is seeking an experienced SAP QM Consultant with 5–10 years of SAP experience and deep SAP QM expertise. The role focuses on implementing and supporting Calibration and Certification processes within regulated Life Sciences industries.

You will participate in end-to-end SAP QM projects, analyze requirements, configure solutions, and collaborate with PM/EAM/MM/PP teams to ensure quality and compliance across the SAP landscape.

Qualifications

• 5 -10 years of SAP experience with strong hands-on SAP QM
• Experience in at least one SAP QM implementation/rollout project
• Mandatory experience in Calibration and Certification processes
• Strong knowledge of SAP QM configuration and business processes
• Experience with integration between SAP QM and PM/EAM, MM, PP
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA QM preferred
• Industry experience in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences/Medical Devices preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end SAP QM implementation and rollout projects
• Gather and analyze business requirements from business users and quality teams
• Configure SAP QM based on business requirements and SAP best practices
• Implement and support Calibration Management and Certification processes
• Work with business teams to understand equipment calibration requirements, inspection processes, certification requirements, and quality controls
• Work on integration of SAP QM with SAP PM/EAM, MM, PP, and other relevant modules
• Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps between SAP standard functionality and business requirements
• Prepare functional specifications for required enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows
• Work closely with ABAP and technical teams for development and issue resolution
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
• Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation and process guides
• Support production issues and provide timely functional solutions
• Participate in client/business workshops and solution discussions
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend appropriate SAP solutions
• Coordinate with project managers and other SAP functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP QM Consultant with 5 -10 years of SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP QM implementation, configuration, testing, and support, preferably within the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or other regulated industries.

The candidate must have experience in implementing or configuring Calibration and Certification processes, with a good understanding of quality and compliance requirements in the Life Sciences industry.

The role requires a candidate with strong functional knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to independently understand business requirements and articulate SAP QM solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
