Job summary

Mindsprint Pte. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP professional to design, configure and develop new business processes within SAP Production Planning and Quality Management. The role focuses on enhancing the global template and supporting SAP Fiori/UI5 based custom solutions integrated with SAP.

You will drive change requests, manage workshops, and ensure successful UAT and production releases while collaborating with business and IT teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 6-15 years of experience in SAP PP & QM modules.
• Experience in full lifecycle implementation and support.
• Knowledge of cross-module integration with FI-CO, SD, MM, WM.
• Exposure to SAP IBP, SAP PP/DS would be an advantage.
• Experience in developing Fiori/UI5 based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement Change Requests & Projects as best practices within timelines/SLAs
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, finalize scope, configure, design & deploy solutions
• Deploy testing approaches covering positive and negative scenarios
• Support business users in UAT and obtain sign-off
• Manage production releases via Solution Manager (ChaRM)
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
• End user training including creation/maintenance of training material
• Handle data migration and cutover activities including LSMW
• Engage with governance teams to ensure delivery quality
• Connect and manage stakeholder expectations
• Conduct regular status reviews with business teams

Job Summary:

This role would require designing, configuring, and developing newbusiness processes, enhancing existing solution in SAP ProductionPlanning and Quality Management within the purview ofglobal template, and supporting existing SAP Fiori/UI5 based custom-built solutionsintegrated with SAP. The candidate should have a good understanding of Plan toProduce processes in SAP. Basic understanding of Plant Maintenance &Materials Management modules would be an added advantage. The candidate shouldhave experience in full lifecycle implementation as well as support andenhancement projects. Should have the ability to multitask and manage multipledeliverables at the same time. Should be a good team player who can effectivelyinteract with business and IT teams. Should be a self-driven individual who canwork on his/her own without too much handholding.

Profile Description:

• · Good knowledge of cross module integrationwith FI-CO, SD, MM, WM etc.,
• · Exposure to 3rd party interfaces, IDOC/EDIetc.,
• · Experience in at least 2 full lifecycleend-to-end implementation projects
• · Knowledge in advanced planning solutions (SAPIBP, SAP PP/DS) would be an advantage
• · Experience in production support, continuousimprovements & enhancement projects
• · Experience in at least 1 project in processindustry would be an advantage
• · Conversant with various testing phases/cyclesa project across systems
• · Exposure to a “Global Template” environmentwill be an added advantage
• · Experience in developing Fiori/UI5 basedsolutions will be an added advantage
• · Certification in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA ProductionPlanning preferred
• · Team player and enjoy working in ateam-oriented environment
