Job summary

Acro Hr Solutions is seeking an experienced ABAP Lead to oversee the development team and deliver SAP ABAP solutions, including ALE/IDOC interfaces and RICEFW enhancements. The role demands hands-on ABAP work, strong problem-solving, and ownership of end-to-end delivery.

Ideal candidates hold SAP certifications and ITIL; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/SAFe credentials would be an advantage. Minimum 10–12 years in IT with experience in OSS notes research is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT or related discipline.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe certifications would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ABAP development team with hands-on work on ABAP, ALE IDOC, interfaces and RICEFW.
• Research SAP issues through OSS, evaluate, apply and test OSS notes.
• Take ownership, work independently, and ensure delivery and service quality.
• Drive incident & change management, SLA compliance and continuous improvement.

Job Purpose/Summary:

The role is responsible for service Delivery related to ABAP Development Span Hands on experience in leading the team of ABAP with exposure working on ALE IDOC, Interfaces, RICEFW Work experience BAPI, BADI , USEREXITS BDC is must . Hands on exp in creating reports, interfaces - Minimum 10-12 Years of IT industry experience. - Relevant SAP Certification is Must -- Experience implementing User Exit, BADIs, or Enhancements to further customize out-of-the-box solutions in SAP - Able to research SAP issues through OSS, evaluating, applying and testing OSS notes. Can work independently and manage task individually. - Take ownership.
