Job summary

Tata Technologies seeks an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with 3-7 years of hands-on SAP development and customization in Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore. Strong ABAP expertise, enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and SAP integration are required. SAP S/4HANA exposure is a plus.

The role involves developing and supporting SAP applications, working with functional teams, and contributing to testing, deployment, and post-production support. Demonstrated experience with CDS Views is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of strong SAP ABAP development experience.
• Expertise in Reports, ALV, Dialog Programming, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms.
• Hands-on experience with BDC, BAPI, RFC, IDoc, and Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of Enhancements, User Exits, Customer Exits, and BAdIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and support SAP applications using ABAP.
• Design and develop Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF objects).
• Work on Classical Reports, ALV Reports, Interactive Reports, and Module Pool Programming.
• Develop and enhance Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms, and Workflow solutions.
• Design and develop Interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services.
• Perform enhancements using User Exits, Customer Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancement Framework.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
• Participate in system testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-production support.
• Prepare technical specifications and documentation.
