Job summary

Info Services in Hyderabad seeks an experienced SAP ABAP Developer focused on HR modules to deliver ABAP developments for HCM, payroll, OM and PA.

You will integrate external systems, participate in 2+ full cycle implementations, and apply OO ABAP, Smart Forms, and interface programming to solve complex HR data challenges.

Responsibilities

• SAP HCM experience using HR logical databases including reports, programs, screens.
• Functional knowledge of Payroll, OM and PA.
• Experience using HR macros to read data from InfoTypes.
• Experience with HR FMs/BAPIs to update HR data.
• Experience interfacing external systems with SAP.
• 2+ full-cycle SAP HR ABAP development implementations.
• Hands-on OO ABAP, Smart Forms, Interface Programming, SAP Scripts, SmartForms.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP technologies: Enhancement Framework, BADIs, Interactive Reporting, Dialog Programming.
• Ability to resolve complex technical issues and manage critical situations independently.
• Proven experience writing and validating technical specifications.
• Strong logical and analytical abilities with problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP HCM Experience using HR logical databases including reports, programs, screens

• Worked with HR macros for reading data from info types
• Experience of HR relevant FMs/BAPIs which can be used to update HR data
• Experience interfacing external (non-SAP) systems into SAP
• 2+ full cycle implementations as SAP HR ABAP Developer
• Hands on experience on Object Oriented ABAP, Smart Forms, Interface Programming, SAP Scripts, SMARTFORMS
• Strong hands-on knowledge in ABAP technologies such as Enhancement Framework, BADIs, Interactive Reporting, Dialog Programming,
• Ability to resolve complex technical issues and independently manage critical/complex situations
• Proven experience in writing and validating technical specifications
• Strong logical and analytical abilities along with problem solving skills
