Job summary

Itmc Systems seeks a SAP ABAP Senior Consultant with 6-8 years of experience and at least two end-to-end implementations. You will transform business requirements into technical specs, develop and test complex RICEFW objects, and performance-tune SAP integrations.

Mentoring junior developers and presenting complex concepts in English are key aspects of the role. The ideal candidate will have SAP Fiori experience and strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and ensure timely

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of SAP ABAP experience with at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects.
• Transform business requirements into technical specs for coding and testing.
• Develop, document, and execute unit, system, integration and acceptance tests for complex functions.
• Mentor junior developers and coach teams on new initiatives.
• Strong English communication and ability to explain technical concepts to business users.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying issues and providing solutions.
• Develop plans and accurate estimates for build, system testing and implementation phases.
• Code, test, and debug programs for all RICEFW objects.
• Perform performance tuning and engage other team members in design, delivery, and deployment.
• Ensure integration activities meet SLA and monitor architecture for scalability and availability.
• Provide on-call support during change windows and maintain operational support.
• Guide and mentor consultants with potential to lead teams.

Job description

SAP ABAP SENIOR CONSULTANT:

• 6-8 years of SAP ABAP experience with at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects
• Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.
• Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project.
• Transform business function requirements into technical program specs to code, test, and debug programs for all RICEFW objects.
• Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests and testing tools for functions of high complexity.
• Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions
• Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.
• Ensure integration system activities including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability, and archiving) meet all SLA's.
• Manage operational support, performing work during change windows as well as providing on call support as required by the team.
• Undertake performance tuning activities for SAP integration activities.
• Mentor and coach junior developer resources and provide consulting services on new and existing initiatives.
• Certification is preferred; SAP Fiori development experience is required.
