Job summary

Systems-Plus is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Senior Consultant in Pune, Maharashtra to provide hands-on leadership, guide consultants, and design solutions. You will develop SAP ABAP to meet business requirements and manage customized RICEFW objects. Ideal candidates have 4-8 years of SAP ABAP experience, strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, and ability to work in a hybrid environment. A 4-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 4‑8 years of experience with SAP ABAP.
• Strong working experience with Fiori, OData, BAPI, and BADI.
• Demonstrated knowledge in SAP S/4HANA.
• Minimum 3‑4 full‑lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Experience with middleware tools such as SAP CPI is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands‑on leadership and guidance to consultants and client personnel utilizing SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming)
• Lead analysis and design sessions to create requirements for client solutions
• Design and develop SAP ABAP to meet client business requirements, including integration points with other modules
• Manage and lead the design and development of customized RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows) objects
• Provide general technical support for clients and other consulting resources

What We’re Looking For

• 4‑8 years of experience with SAP ABAP
• Strong working experience with Fiori, OData, BAPI, and BADI
• Demonstrated high knowledge in SAP S/4HANA
• Minimum 3‑4 full‑lifecycle SAP implementations
• Extensive experience in developing, testing, debugging, implementing, maintaining, and documenting ABAP code used in RICEFW objects
• Experience with middleware tools such as SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) is a plus
• High level experience with core SAP modules, including SD, FICO, EWM, MM, PP, TM
• Flexibility and adaptability—capable of working from design through development and adopting new roles
• Willingness to support both project‑based work and application‑managed services (AMS)
• Ability to support a hybrid‑working model at home and in the local office
• Strong analytical & problem‑solving skills, and ability to present and communicate findings and recommendations
• 4‑year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent discipline
