Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of SAP experience in implementation, support and rollout projects.

• Work on support engagement and manage priority based tickets knowledge of SLAs and playing vital role in identifying RCA
• Coordinate with technical team on custom objects and interacting with customers to understand requirements and propose solutions.
