Job summary

Zensar Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP SCM Architect to define and drive the architectural vision for SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementations. You will own end-to-end SCM solution architecture, lead blueprinting workshops, and ensure regional compliance while balancing global standards with local needs.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions, guide architecture governance forums, and mentor SCM consultants through multi-country programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP SCM experience, including MM, PP, WM/EWM, with multiple lifecycle implementations.
• Experience delivering SCM solutions for US/EU operations and familiarity with regional regulations.
• Strong hands-on procurement, production planning, and warehouse management expertise.
• Experience with S/4HANA SCM and EWM, and S/4HANA conversions.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate SCM with SD, FI/CO, QM/PM, and external logistics/EDI systems.
• Global template design, rollout methodology, and multi-country localization knowledge.
• SAP S/4HANA certification in Sourcing & Procurement, Manufacturing, or EWM is preferred.
• Consulting or systems integration experience for large enterprise clients is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, SCM, CS, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SCM solution architecture for Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, and Warehouse/Inventory Management processes.
• Lead blueprinting and fit-gap workshops with US and EU supply chain stakeholders, aligning regional regulations and logistics.
• Define integration architecture between SCM modules and adjacent processes (SD, FI/CO, QM, PM) and external systems.
• Drive global template strategy and localization for phased rollouts across North America and Europe.
• Review functional specs and WRICEF objects for architectural fit, scalability, and performance.
• Chair architecture governance forums and maintain SCM design authority documentation.
• Lead solution design through full project lifecycle on large, multi-country SAP programs.
• Mentor SCM functional consultants and provide expertise for complex design and performance issues.
• Collaborate with OTC, RTR, and technical architects to ensure end-to-end solution coherence.

• Experience with S/4HANA SCM (Manufacturing, Sourcing & Procurement, EWM) and S/4HANA conversions.


• Demonstrated experience integrating SCM with SD, FI/CO, QM/PM, and external logistics/EDI systems.


• Solid understanding of global template design, rollout methodology, and multi-country localization.


• SAP S/4HANA certification in Sourcing & Procurement, Manufacturing, or EWM is preferred.


• Experience with SAP IBP or APO, Ariba, transportation management (TM), or advanced planning tools is an asset.


• Prior experience in consulting or systems integration for large enterprise clients is advantageous.


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
