• Configure SAP Cloud ALM per customer requirements and SAP best practices.
• Customize lifecycle management tools such as Change Control Management, Incident Management, and Monitoring.
• Configure monitoring, alerting, and reporting features within SAP Cloud ALM.
• Monitor SAP Cloud ALM and related systems for availability, performance and security.
• Define KPIs and SLAs to track system health.
• Coordinate with SAP OSS for critical incidents and drive problem resolution.
• Plan and execute releases of new features, fixes, and upgrades.
