Job summary

Zensar Technologies in India is seeking an experienced ESaaS - Oracle - Technical professional to lead architecture and delivery of Fusion and EBS solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust Oracle-based technology.

The role demands hands-on expertise in HCM and Finance modules, Groovy scripting, BIP reports, REST APIs and PL/SQL, plus the ability to mentor a technical team and drive timely project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Oracle technology experience with Fusion and EBS implementations.
• Expertise in HCM and Finance modules with domain knowledge of business processes.
• Strong Fusion tech stack knowledge: Sandbox, EL Expressions, Groovy, BIP reports.
• Experience with HCM Extracts, HCM Module Fast Formulas, REST APIs integration.
• Proficient in PL/SQL and database management.
• Excellent communication and leadership of technical teams.

• Develop and maintain Fusion technology stack components, including Sandbox, EL Expressions, and Groovy Scripting.
• Create and customize BIP reports, HCM extracts, and HCM module fast formulas.
• Utilize Rest API's and PL/SQL to integrate and enhance system functionalities.

• Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends, driving innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle technologies, with 2 successful implementation projects in Fusion and EBS.
• Expertise in HCM and finance modules, with a strong understanding of business processes.
• Strong knowledge of Fusion technology stack, including Sandbox, EL Expressions, Groovy Scripting, and BIP reports development.
• Experience with HCM Extracts, HCM Module Fast Formulas, and Rest API's integration.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and database management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to manage and lead a team, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, ensuring efficient technical solutions.
• Attention to detail and a results-driven approach to work.
