Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Senior LIMS Consultant/Lead in Bengaluru with 9-14 years of experience in LIMS like LabWare, LabVantage and STARLIMS. You will lead implementations, upgrades, migrations and validations, coordinating with business and technical teams.

Key areas include LIMS architecture, integrations with ERP/ELN/MES, and ensuring regulatory compliance as per GMP/GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11. Strong leadership and client-facing skills are required.

Qualifications

• 9–14 years of LIMS experience including LabWare, LabVantage and STARLIMS.
• End-to-end LIMS implementation, upgrade and validation experience.
• Strong knowledge of lab operations, sample management and quality processes.
• Proficient in SQL/Oracle/SQL Server and database management.
• Experience with instrument integration and middleware solutions.
• Familiar with GxP, GMP, GLP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 validation practices.
• Experience in system integration with ERP, ELN, MES, and other enterprise apps.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Leadership experience in mentoring junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and customize LIMS workflows and functionalities.
• Oversee system integrations with laboratory instruments and enterprise systems.

• Manage project deliveries, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Support production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
