Job summary

UST seeks a SampleManager LIMS – Master Data Consultant to support setup, configuration, and governance of Master Data in SampleManager LIMS. The role involves working with laboratory and quality teams to translate requirements into accurately configured Master Data.

The consultant will configure, maintain, and manage Master Data, including analysis components, specifications, units of measure, and other reference data, while performing bulk data creation and validation tasks to ensure data

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of LIMS experience, preferably SampleManager LIMS.
• Experience configuring and governing LIMS Master Data.
• Ability to translate lab requirements into Master Data configurations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and manage Master Data in SampleManager LIMS.
• Support setup and maintenance of analysis, components, specifications, and units of measure.
• Review Master Data for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist Master Data migration, cleansing, and verification.
• Troubleshoot Master Data issues affecting workflows.

SampleManager LIMS – Master Data Consultant Experience 3–4 years of relevant LIMS experience, with hands‑on experience in SampleManager LIMS preferred. Role Summary Experienced SampleManager LIMS Consultants to support the setup, configuration, maintenance, and governance of LIMS Master Data. The consultant will work with business, laboratory, quality, and LIMS teams to translate laboratory requirements into accurately configured and controlled Master Data within SampleManager LIMS.

Key Responsibilities: Configure, maintain, and manage Master Data in SampleManager LIMS. Support setup and maintenance of:

• Analysis / Components/Components Lists
• Specifications and limits
• Products / materials
• Units of measure
• Other laboratory reference and configuration data
• Translate laboratory and business requirements into appropriate LIMS Master Data configurations.
• Perform bulk Master Data creation and updates using approved templates/tools where applicable.
• Review Master Data for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards.
• Support Master Data migration, mapping, cleansing, and verification activities.
• Troubleshoot Master Data-related issues affecting laboratory workflows.
