The role focuses on system stability, business-specific configurations, instrument data integration, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.
The role involves providing day-to-day support and maintenance for SampleManager LIMS and Integration Manager v3.2 SP1, including issue resolution, root cause analysis, system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance. The candidate will customize reports, dashboards, workflows, master menus, user interfaces, and system settings based on business requirements.
The position also requires developing and maintaining transformation logic within Integration Manager to process instrument outputs effectively. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and end users to gather requirements, communicate progress, document solutions, and provide training and support.
- Provide day-to-day support for SampleManager LIMS and Integration Manager.
