Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training on Salesforce Administration and Development.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
• Conduct practical sessions, live projects, and hands-on labs.
• Guide learners in preparing for Salesforce certification exams.
• Provide mentorship on real-world Salesforce implementation scenarios.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends.
• Support placement activities through interview preparation and resume guidance.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
