Job summary

Innovatives Investment Management India Pvt ltd is seeking a Salesforce Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

The role includes implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations, building integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, and collaborating with analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and security best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant technologies.
• Implement and maintain Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations, including workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud using APIs and other integration tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Essential Qualification / Technical skills:

• B.E. / B. Tech. / MCA from a reputed college
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder).
• Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Experience Cloud, CPQ).
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
