The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce CRM experience across Admin, Development, or Lightning, and can explain complex concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce CRM experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Admin, Development, and/or Lightning modules.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Salesforce training sessions in hybrid mode (classroom + online).
• Design, review and update training content per Salesforce releases.
• Mentor learners and prepare them for Salesforce certification exams.
• Create assignments, case studies and project work.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with training and placement teams; track attendance and progress.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Salesforce Trainer (Freelancer) to deliver high-quality training sessions to students and professionals in both classroom and online (hybrid) formats. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM (Admin, Development, and/or Lightning) and the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

The trainer will be responsible for designing course content, conducting interactive sessions, mentoring learners, and preparing them for Salesforce certification exams and real-world implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery
• Conduct Salesforce training sessions in hybrid mode (classroom + online).
• Deliver modules covering Salesforce Administration, Development, Lightning Components, Flows, and Integration concepts.
• Provide real-world examples, project-based learning, and hands-on exercises.
• Ensure effective learning outcomes by using interactive and practical teaching methodologies.
• Curriculum Design & Enhancement
• Develop, review, and update training content and materials as per the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends.
• Create assignments, case studies, and project work for learners.
• Align course structure with Salesforce certification objectives (Admin, Developer, App Builder, etc.)
• Learner Engagement & Mentorship
• Guide learners through live projects and problem-solving sessions.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Support candidates in their certification and placement journey.
• Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate with the internal training and placement teams for scheduling sessions and tracking learner progress.
• Maintain records of attendance, course completion, and feedback reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM (Admin, Developer, or Consultant roles).

Strong Knowledge Of Salesforce Modules Such As

• Salesforce Administration
• Apex Programming
• Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Integration (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Security Model and Data Management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Prior Experience In Corporate Or Academic Training Is Preferred.

Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I/II) are highly desirable.
