The Salesforce Trainer will develop, deliver, and maintain training programs for Salesforce users. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce features and functionalities, along with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Responsibilities
- Conduct live training sessions, webinars, and workshops for different user groups.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different teams or departments.
- Provide one-on-one or group training sessions to end-users. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues. Develop and maintain a knowledge base for common user questions and problems.
- Create engaging and interactive training content, such as video tutorials, e-learning modules, and hands‑on exercises. Ensure training materials are up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Continuously improve training methods and materials based on user feedback and changes in Salesforce functionality.
- Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to stay informed about new features and system updates. Collaborate with other departments to understand their unique Salesforce needs and challenges.
- Maintain detailed records of training sessions, including attendance, feedback, and performance metrics. Develop and manage a library of training documentation and resources.

Requirements
- Degree: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration) is often preferred.
- Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Trainer (e.g., the Salesforce Certified Instructor) can enhance your credibility.
- Salesforce Experience: Hands‑on experience using Salesforce, including familiarity with its various modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Training Experience: Prior experience in training or teaching, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
Office time: 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST
