Job summary

OSI Digital in Hyderabad is seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer to drive functional, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce solutions. You will validate modules across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, build robust test scenarios, and ensure quality throughout release cycles.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of Salesforce testing experience, hands-on with Apex/Lightning, and strong collaboration with developers and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications
• Validate Salesforce moduleslike Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
• Analyze business requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data
• Execute test cases and report defects using tools like Jira Work closely with developers, admins, and business stakeholders
• Validate Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations
• PerformAPI testing and integration testing with third-party systems
• Support release cycles and production deployments.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce application testing
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Sales & Service clouds

• Strong hands on experience in all stages of STLC - test planning, test design, test case creation, test case execution, defect reporting, requirement analysis, test estimation
• Collaborate with the development team for defects resolution
• Collaborate with product owners for requirements understanding and clarifications
• Design and create test cases based on the functional requirements
• Execute test cases and defect reporting
• Strong experience in Functional testing – Smoke testing, regression testing, retesting, Cross browser / device compatibility testing, API testing
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction & status reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
