Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a skilled Salesforce Tester in Bengaluru (India) with a strong emphasis on Selenium automation. Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce testing experience with a focus on Selenium automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD and tools like Jenkins, Maven, TestNG, Git.
• Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, or REST Assured.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and system testing on Salesforce apps, including automation tests.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage.
• Log and track defects using JIRA; manage test data within Salesforce.
• Review release notes and assess impact on test cases and functionality.
• Develop test plans and test cases; design and maintain automation scripts and frameworks.
• Oversee automation script execution and analyze test results.
• Troubleshoot issues during testing and address them effectively.
• Provide thorough test reports and updates to team leads and managers.
• Adapt to business processes to align with project goals.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct functional, integration, regression, andsystem testing on Salesforce applications, including automation testing.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts,and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensurecomprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, log, and track defects using toolslike JIRA, ensuring prompt resolution and verification. Create and manage testdata within Salesforce environments.
• Review Salesforce release notes and evaluate theimpact of new releases on existing test cases and functionalities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plansand test cases. Design, create, and maintain automation scripts for testingpurposes Set up and design testing frameworks.
• Oversee and monitor the execution of automationscripts. Analyze test execution reports to assess results and performance.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during testingand address them effectively.
• Provide thorough documentation and detailed testreports. Actively engage in team and stakeholder meetings to contributeinsights.
• Provide regular updates and test reports to teamleads and managers.
• Understand and adapt to the business processesfor better alignment with project goals.

What We're Looking For:

• 3 Years of experience in Salesforce testingwith a strong focus on Selenium automation.
