Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and client engagement.
• Deep understanding of business processes (Sales, Service, Marketing).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Scrum).
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer, Architect) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Provide techno-functional expertise in system integrations, data migration, and automation.
• Oversee customization using Apex, Lightning Components, and APIs.
• Drive solution architecture, ensuring best practices and governance standards.
• Mentor and lead teams of developers, admins, and analysts.
• Ensure system performance, security, and scalability.
• Engage with senior leadership to align Salesforce strategy with business goals.
