We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Techno‑Functional Manager who can effectively bridge business requirements with technical solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end‑to‑end Salesforce implementations, drive digital transformation initiatives, and manage cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other platforms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Provide techno‑functional expertise in system integrations, data migration, and automation
• Oversee customization using Apex, Lightning Components, and APIs
• Drive solution architecture, ensuring best practices and governance standards
• Mentor and lead teams of developers, admins, and analysts
• Ensure system performance, security, and scalability
• Engage with senior leadership to align Salesforce strategy with business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations
• Hands‑on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and client engagement
• Deep understanding of business processes (Sales, Service, Marketing)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Scrum)
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer, Architect) preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Copado, etc.)
• Exposure to enterprise architecture and data governance
