CRM Landing Software is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. You will manage a team of developers, ensure quality deliverables, and align solutions with business objectives.

You will drive architecture decisions, project leadership, and integration efforts with REST/SOAP and middleware, while mentoring junior developers and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Salesforce Certifications required or preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, LWC and JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of our Salesforce solutions. As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers, ensuring the quality of technical deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives. You will play a critical role in technical decision-making, solution architecture, and project leadership, driving the successful deployment and optimization of our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance on design, coding standards, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Solution Architecture: Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.
• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of Salesforce development projects, from planning and requirement gathering to execution and delivery.
• Customization and Development: Develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex classes, Lightning components, Visualforce, and APIs.
• System Integration: Lead efforts to integrate Salesforce with other systems, using tools such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions, maintaining high standards in development practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other IT teams to understand requirements, offer solutions, and ensure smooth delivery of Salesforce enhancements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and solution specifications.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and professional development within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Salesforce development and architecture, with experience in a leadership or technical lead role.
• Salesforce Certifications
• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., Mulesoft), and third-party apps.
• Proficient in Salesforce declarative customization, including Process Builder, Flows, and Workflow Rules.
• Project Management Skills: Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience managing end-to-end Salesforce projects.
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions for complex business needs.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Certifications: Additional certifications, such as System Architect, Application Architect, or Platform Developer II.
