Job summary

Aziro is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical/Development Lead to steer the offshore Salesforce development team from our Pune/Bangalore/Chennai/Noida offices. You will own technical design, estimation, hands-on development, code reviews and overall quality of offshore deliverables.

You will lead design of scalable Salesforce solutions, develop using Apex and LWC, and coordinate with onshore leads to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Apex development experience.
• Strong Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience.
• Strong Salesforce integration/API experience.
• Strong SOQL/SOSL knowledge.
• JavaScript and front-end development experience.
• Salesforce deployment and DevOps experience.
• Experience leading offshore development teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and architecture.
• Excellent communication skills.
