Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in Mumbai seeks an experienced Salesforce professional to lead Sales Cloud initiatives.

You will design, customize, and integrate Salesforce solutions, guiding a small team of 3–4 developers and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver robust technical designs. The role requires 5–7 years of Sales Cloud experience, strong Apex/Aura/LWC skills, and a track record of leading technical projects with API integrations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Sales Cloud technical expertise.
• Proficient in Apex, Aura, LWC and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with customization, configuration, and integrations.
• Certification in Integration or Data Architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Co-create technical design documents and review designs.
• Lead development activities and report status, risks and issues.
• Lead 3 to 4 technical developers.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
