Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in Mumbai seeks an experienced Salesforce professional to administer and develop across Sales, Service, and Automotive Cloud. You will implement flows, data governance, and integrations while driving platform improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in software development with hands-on Salesforce expertise, including LWC, Apex, OmniStudio, and API integrations. A Bachelor's degree and certifications are preferred, with a focus on scalable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable enterprise applications.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Familiarity with OmniStudio, LWC, Apex, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD and version control practices.

Responsabilités

Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:

• Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules; ensure security and access compliance
• Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and Lightning pages
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership and frontline teams
• Maintain data quality through deduplication, imports, and data governance
• Triage support requests; run sandbox refreshes, release management, and regular org health checks
• Review and roll out Salesforce seasonal releases

Development

• Design and build custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Write unit tests and maintain code coverage per Salesforce and internal standards
• Participate in code reviews; follow version control and CI/CD best practices
• Evaluate when to use declarative tools versus custom code

Sales/Service/Automotive Cloud

• Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales/Service/Automotive Cloud, including the vehicle, driver, household, and dealer data models
• Manage vehicle and asset records, vehicle definitions, inventory visibility, ownership, and service/warranty history
• Support dealer, OEM, and customer journeys: lead-to-sale, test drives, finance/lease and trade-in, and after-sales service
• Build guided processes with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures) on the Industries data model
• Integrate with DMS, inventory, telematics/connected-vehicle, and finance systems
• Maintain dealer-network hierarchies, sharing, and account-contact-vehicle relationships for a 360-degree customer view
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical designs
• Write clear documentation and train end users on new features
• Contribute to the platform roadmap and recommend improvements

Experience

[4-5]+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across administration and development

Industry Preferred

Automotive (OEM, dealer group, captive finance, mobility, or auto-tech); Sales/Service /Auto Cloud experience is added plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience
• Proven track record of delivering scalable enterprise applications

General Requirements

Required

• Hands‑on experience with Flow, validation rules, and declarative automation
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model and data model
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP)

Preferred

• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I/II certifications
• Data tools (Data Loader, Workbench) and ETL platforms
  Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
