Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. seeks an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Architect to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and lead a team of developers. You will review designs, guide API integrations, and ensure robust code quality across Apex, Aura, and LWC.

A strong background in integration or data architecture is required. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of Service and Sales Cloud experience, with hands-on customization, configuration, and solid code review skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of Service and Sales Cloud technical experience (Service Cloud).
• Good hands in Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.
• Technically skilled on application customization, configuration and APIs.
• Performed Code review and Code Optimization on Apex/Aura/LWC.
• Very good Apex/Aura/LWC skills/Flows.
• Must have either Integration or Data Architect Certification or experience.

Responsibilities
