Job summary

Appstrail Technology in Mumbai seeks an experienced Salesforce Lead to drive end-to-end development projects, design scalable, secure Salesforce solutions, and mentor a delivery team.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure high quality, performance and security, and continuously improve development processes and tools across projects. This role requires hands-on leadership and a track record of delivering complex Salesforce implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Security Model, SOQL, Lightning Framework.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, and process automation.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery models.
• Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience leading teams and owning technical delivery.
