MIDCAI CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED in Jaipur seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to own delivery and ship production-ready features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud integrations.

You will design, build, and test modules end-to-end, review code, mentor juniors, and communicate trade-offs clearly to clients while keeping projects on track. Hybrid work options available.

Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who wants to own the outcome and likes building things properly. You'll write the code that runs in production for real clients, take features from a rough requirement to a working solution, and help the developers around you get better at their craft.

In this role, you'll:

• Build the real thing: Develop and ship features across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce
• Own your modules: Take a requirement, ask the right questions, design the approach, build it, test it, and stand behind it
• Run smaller projects end to end: On the right engagements, you'll be the one leading - scoping the work, planning the build, keeping it on track, and reporting on it
• Talk to clients directly: Join discovery calls, walk stakeholders through demos, explain trade-offs in language they understand, and push back when something won't work.
• Keep the codebase honest: Review pull requests, catch problems early, and hold quality when timelines get tight
• Bring juniors along: Pair with developers and admins, unblock them, and explain the "why" behind the approach.

You’ll collaborate with forward-thinking clients - from ambitious startups to established brands, solving problems that matter and shipping solutions that last.

What You Bring

Technical Depth:

• Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; exposure to Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud or Agentforce is a big plus
• Confident with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience building and debugging integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware, external systems)
• Good grasp of data modelling, governor limits, and writing code that holds up as data grows

Client Skills:

• You can explain a technical decision to a non-technical stakeholder
• You keep clients informed before they have to ask

Running Small Engagements:

• Experience owning a piece of delivery, not just a piece of code
• Can break a scope into a plan, sequence the work, and spot risk early
• Knows when to make the call yourself and when to escape

How You Work:

• You ask questions before you build, not after
• You can take an incomplete requirement, spot the gaps, and come back with a clear plan
• You write code other people can read and maintain

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tooling
• Familiarity with Visualforce for legacy support
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
