Job summary

Sonata Software in Hyderabad is seeking a Salesforce Software Engineer III / Senior Salesforce Technical Engineer to lead Agentforce and CPQ solutions. You will architect, implement, and optimize Salesforce platforms, including CPQ, Experience Cloud, and AI-driven workflows, while guiding teams through DevOps practices.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, strong leadership, and a track record in integrations, Git, and Copado to deliver scalable, secure systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Agentforce, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows.
• Experience with integrations, Salesforce DevOps, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and enterprise Salesforce architecture.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Agentforce AI solutions, agent workflows, prompts, and automation to improve business productivity.
• Lead development of Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, renewals, and contract lifecycle management.
• Manage Salesforce releases, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines using Git and tools such as Copado.
• Provide technical leadership, perform code reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
