ABOUT THE ROLE

The Industrial vertical spans B2B e-commerce, industrial CRM and sales intelligence, field service management, logistics and dispatch, pricing optimization, and HVAC/mechanical workflow platforms. These products support operational users such as distributors, technicians, fleet operators, and sales teams, where reliability, workflow efficiency, and data accuracy are critical.

We are looking for a Product Manager who has demonstrated domain depth in at least one operationally complex environment and can intelligently ramp into adjacent domains. The ideal candidate combines strong product strategy and execution with an AI-native working style and the ability to drive products from 0→1 and 1→N.

INDUSTRIAL PORTFOLIO

B2B E-Commerce: Self-service ordering, catalogue management, pricing, and account portals for industrial distributors and manufacturers.

Industrial CRM & Sales Intelligence: CRM, pipeline management, and sales analytics integrated with ERP order data.

Field Service Management: Dispatch, work orders, mobile execution, parts, invoicing, and customer sign-off with offline-first requirements.

Logistics & Fleet Dispatch: Route optimization, dispatch management, and fleet tracking.

Pricing Optimization: AI-assisted pricing intelligence, margin management, contract pricing, and competitive benchmarking.

HVAC & Mechanical Workflow: Job management, estimating, service agreements, and compliance workflows.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the product roadmap across the Industrial portfolio and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, revenue, and retention.

Define product positioning and competitive differentiation across individual platforms.

Partner with the Functional Architect to maintain a coherent domain model and scalable product architecture.

Conduct structured discovery with distributors, field technicians, fleet operators, and sales teams.

Own 0→1 product initiatives, validate concepts early, and drive iterative delivery.

Define and communicate product vision, priorities, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.

Delivery & Stakeholder Management

Work closely with engineering teams to translate product strategy into well-defined epics, user stories, and sprint-ready requirements.

Own product metrics including feature adoption, workflow completion, time-in-workflow, NPS, and retention.

Engage directly with enterprise customers to validate product direction and close feedback loops.

Maintain competitive intelligence across relevant industrial product categories.

Present roadmap decisions with clarity and conviction, including prioritization and trade-off decisions.

AI-NATIVE PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Use GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity for competitor research, user-feedback analysis, domain research, and product discovery.

Use AI to accelerate PRDs, discovery briefs, competitive analysis, and decision-making while applying strong product judgment.

Identify patterns across large volumes of customer feedback and translate AI-surfaced insights into product decisions.

Demonstrate specific examples where AI has materially influenced a product decision or workflow.

Drive AI capabilities across pricing intelligence, technician dispatch, sales intelligence, demand forecasting, work-order automation, and predictive maintenance.

Understand data requirements, model limitations, transparency, fallback mechanisms, and operational risks associated with AI-enabled products.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS

5+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience.

At least 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS products serving operational users such as field technicians, warehouse operators, route drivers, or distribution sales teams.

Demonstrated domain depth in at least one of:

Proven ability to ramp across multiple product domains and build contextual understanding quickly.

Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap ownership, discovery, prioritization, and execution.

Track record of delivering products that create measurable operational or business outcomes.
