Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead with 6-12 years of experience to drive complex Salesforce programs. The role involves hands-on work with Financial Service Cloud, Sales and Service Cloud, and insurance domain projects.

You will lead design, integration, and deployment efforts and collaborate with customers to deliver robust solutions. The position requires strong Apex, Triggers, LWC skills, and Salesforce certifications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Service Cloud/Sales/Service Cloud.
• Experience in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud in Insurance domain.
• Experience in application support, maintenance and enhancement.
• Interacts with customers to understand challenges and propose solutions.
• Hands-on experience in Apex, Triggers, Test Classes, Lightning Web Components.
• Design review and creation of Salesforce design and entity models & configuration.
• Provide design and implement changes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Salesforce Certifications in Financial Service Cloud, Sales/Service, Platform is required.
• Exposure to Agile methodology.
• Guidance on integration, customization and design validation.
• Proficient in integration design, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Data mapping and data migration using Data Loader, Import Wizard and other tools.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand their challenges and propose solutions.
• Review and create Salesforce design and entity models and configurations.
• Provide design and implement changes for enhancements.
• Lead integration and customization discussions with stakeholders.
• Ensure quality through effective testing and validation.
