Equipe Container Services is seeking a Salesforce Content Writer to craft accurate, engaging content focused on the Salesforce ecosystem. The candidate will translate complex Salesforce concepts into clear materials for customers, partners, internal teams and end users.

This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce products, CRM concepts, business processes and content development best practices. It is a full-time office-based position in Baner, Pune, with a 5-day work week and cab

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, IT or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM is a must.
• 2–5 years of professional content writing, technical writing or documentation experience.
• Experience creating content for CRM, SaaS or enterprise software platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proofreading, editing and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business workflows into user-friendly documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality content related to Salesforce products, solutions and business processes.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles, user guides and training materials, process documentation, release notes, FAQs, help center content, blogs and internal communications.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners and SMEs to gather requirements and inputs.
• Simplify technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency and alignment with branding and style guidelines.
• Review and update documentation based on Salesforce enhancements and changes.
• Support change management with effective adoption content.
• Optimize content for readability, usability and searchability.
• Maintain document repositories and version control practices.
