About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer cum Administrator with strong experience in Apex development, API creation, and third-party integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support business processes, improve system performance, and enable seamless data integration across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Jobs, and Test Classes (80%+ coverage).
• Build and optimize REST/SOAP APIs for internal and external system integrations.
• Develop custom integrations with third-party applications using Named Credentials, OAuth, JWT, External Services, and API frameworks.
• Create and enhance Lightning components (LWC/Aura) when required.
• Implement integration patterns such as Request-Reply, Fire-and-Forget, Platform Events, and Middleware-based integrations.
• Configure and manage Users, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and security settings.
• Build automation using Flows, Validation Rules, Email Alerts, Approval Processes, and other declarative tools.
• Maintain and customize Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, and App Builder pages.
• Perform regular system audits and maintain data cleanliness and security.
• Provide day‑to‑day support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users.

Qualifications

• 4–9 years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Developer & Administrator.
• Strong proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and asynchronous processing.
• Proven experience in API development and integrating Salesforce with third‑party systems.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security model and declarative tools.
• Experience with REST API, SOAP API, Web Services, and authentication frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Salesforce Developer (PD1/PD2) or Administrator (ADM 201) certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Workato, etc.).
• Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
