Job summary

Charter Global is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Architect in Hyderabad, India to lead enterprise-level transformations across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will possess 10–16 years of IT experience, deep Salesforce expertise, and a strong background in Service Cloud and integrations. Responsibilities include designing scalable solutions, architecting integrations with MuleSoft & AWS, and implementing a CI/CD strategy. Candidates with CBAP/CCBA certifications are preferred.

• Lead end-to-end architecture for Service Cloud & CJM initiatives
• Design scalable solutions for high-volume global operations
• Architect integrations using MuleSoft & AWS
• Drive CI/CD and DevOps strategy (Copado)
• Build multi-country, multi-currency (Global Overlay) solutions
• Ensure performance, scalability, and strong technical governance

What We’re Looking For:

• 10–16 years of IT experience with deep Salesforce expertise
• Strong background in Service Cloud, integrations, and LDV
• Hands‑on with LWC, Apex, and asynchronous processing
• Experience in global, multi‑BU environments

Bonus:

CBAP/CCBA (IIBA) and Salesforce Architect certifications
