Job summary

Comtec in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Software Testing/QA professional with Salesforce testing exposure to join our QA team. You will analyze business requirements, design test scenarios, and execute tests across functional, integration, and regression cycles.

You will validate Salesforce configurations and agentforce capabilities, track defects, support UAT and release validation, and collaborate with analysts, developers, and Agile teams.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in Software Testing/QA, preferably with Salesforce testing experience.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and exposure to Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or Field Service.
• Strong understanding of STLC, test case development, test execution, and defect management.
• Experience supporting functional, integration, regression, UAT, and release testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US Central Time (CST/CDT).

• Strong understanding of STLC, test case development, test execution, and defect management.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce, AI-driven testing scenarios, and conversational workflows is an advantage.
• Experience testing Salesforce configurations, workflows, integrations, APIs, and data validation.
• Experience supporting functional, integration, regression, UAT, and release testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Exposure to the Utilities/Energy domain and ISTQB or Salesforce certifications are added advantages.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US Central Time (CST/CDT).
