Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience in roles such as Solution Architect or Senior Salesforce Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and enterprise solution design.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with advanced Salesforce configuration and declarative development.
• Security model and access management understanding.
• Data modeling and migration strategies.
• System integrations and API-led architecture.
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (design perspective).
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with client objectives and Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and delivery teams to gather requirements and translate into solution architecture.
• Lead solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and admins.
• Define data models, security architecture, and integration frameworks for enterprise deployments.
• Integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and roadmap discussions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance, security standards, and architectural best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex challenges and guide teams toward optimal solutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends to improve designs.

About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect with strong consulting and technical expertise to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical architects to translate complex business requirements into robust Salesforce architectures. You will drive solution design, ensure alignment with Salesforce platform best practices, and support successful delivery across multiple Salesforce clouds.

This position requires a strong combination of architecture expertise, client-facing consulting skills, and deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with client business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
  

• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather requirements and translate them into solution architecture.
  

• Lead solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants.
  

• Define data models, security architecture, and integration frameworks for enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems using APIs and middleware platforms.

Requirements
