Overview

Working in Agile development techniques using DevOps tools. Experience: 5+ years.

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad and Mumbai. Mode: Hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Senior profiles with overall 5+ years of experience on Salesforce. Proficient in Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and familiar with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others), REST & SOAP APIs. Proficient in Salesforce Service Cloud (Web-to-Case and Email-to-Case).
• Should be well versed in Development and Deployment lifecycle with knowledge of code quality tools and CICD tools.

Optional / Nice To Have

• Knowledge on Omnichannel
• Knowledge on Einstein BOT, Agent Force and SF AI
• Experience in integration – SOAP APIs, REST API (JSON, XML)
