Job summary

Luxoft in Chennai, India is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to migrate and enhance Service Cloud operations. You will design and implement Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations to support cases, flows, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge management.

Candidate should have 5-8+ years in Salesforce development, strong skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs, plus Service Cloud configuration and CI/CD experience.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Salesforce Marketing Developer or Salesforce MuleSoft Developer knowledge.
• Strong hands‑on skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Service Cloud configuration and customization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, deployments, and version control.
• Understanding of Salesforce security and governor limits.

Our client is migrating all service operations to the Juniper Salesforce Service Cloud instance from the HPE Salesforce Service Cloud instance

Responsibilities
