Job summary

Pall - Aerospace, part of Danaher, is seeking a Senior Salesforce developer to design and configure autonomous agents within Salesforce, and to integrate Apex, Flow Builder and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

You will deploy Agentforce agents, optimize workflows, and advise stakeholders on best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem from our Pune onsite location. The role requires 7-9 years of experience, a BE/BTech in CS/IT, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in CS/IT or related field with 7-9 years of experience in relevant role.
• 5-6 years experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying agents via Agentforce.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems like ERP using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud and integrations.

• Build custom agent actions by integrating Apex, Flows, and APIs to enable real-time business logic.

This position reports to the CRM Solutions Manager and is part of the Digital Operations located in Pune and will be an onsite role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Design and configure autonomous agents using Agentforce Builder to ensure accurate, branded, and secure interactions within Salesforce ecosystem.
• Build custom agent actions by integrating Apex classes, Salesforce Flows, and Integration APIs to allow agents to execute real-time business logic.
• Integrate Agentforce Standard and Custom Agents with Salesforce CRM/Data Cloud for intelligent automation ensuring they have a unified, 360-degree view of customer data for highly personalized responses.
• Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, identifying OOTB high-impact AI use cases (e.g., automated lead qualification, 24/7 service agents, or sales coaching)
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and APIs. Optimize Salesforce workflows, triggers, and automation processes.
• Provide expertise on best practices, governance, and Salesforce ecosystem adoption.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT or a related field) with minimum 7-9 yrs of experience in relevant filled.
• Min 5-6 yrs experience in Salesforce development, including deep proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder
• Hands-on experience building and deploying agents via Agentforce
• Proven track record of connecting Salesforce with external systems like ERP using REST/SOAP APIs to extend agent capabilities
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and integrations.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist) are a plus
• Very good communication in English
