Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Lead Consultant, Salesforce Developer- Agent Force to drive Agentforce development and integration across cloud platforms. You will architect, build, and deploy AI-enabled automation with strong programming and cloud data skills.

You will collaborate with global teams, mentor peers, and shape scalable, high-performance solutions while operating in a hybrid work model. A strong background in cloud data engineering and enterprise Salesforce is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT or related field.
• Proven experience in cloud data engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentforce agents to automate tasks and improve customer service efficiency.
• Create complex Prompt Builder steps and multi-step flows.
• Implement Agentforce orchestration flows for multi-step processes.
• Integrate Agentforce with Data Cloud, OMS, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and other systems.
• Train and support users on Agentforce best practices.
• Optimize Agentforce agents for performance and scalability.
• Monitor Agentforce agents for errors and performance issues and take corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Agentforce Development

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentforce agents to automate tasks and improve customer service efficiency.
• Experience in writing complex and multi-step Prompt Builder steps and flows
• Implement complex Agentforce orchestration flows to automate multi-step processes.
• Integrate Agentforce with Data Cloud, OMS, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and other relevant systems both internal Salesforce systems and external platforms
• Train and support users on Agentforce best practices.
• Optimize Agentforce agents for performance and scalability.
• Monitor Agentforce agents for errors and performance issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in cloud data engineering or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.

Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
