Job summary

Deloitte US-India Offices in Hyderabad is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer to join our Sales & Service team. You will design and implement Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integrations, collaborating with global teams to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of Salesforce development, a Platform Developer certification, and strong communication skills to manage stakeholders across Life sciences and Health clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in Salesforce project delivery.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, sharing rules, and platform best practices.
• Experience with data integration, migration, and deployment strategies.
• Proficiency with source control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification required; additional certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project experience on Life science and Health clients (Patient experience, Commercial, Med Tech, Provider and/or Payer).
• Good understanding on Einstein Trust Layer, Guardrails
• Good understanding on LLM, Different types of prompt templates and their usage
• Good knowledge on different Models
• Good knowledge on Standard agents
• Having hands on experience on agent creation, usage of standard/ custom actions
• Good understanding on DataCloud
