Job summary

Adesso SE is seeking a senior Salesforce Lead to architect and deliver complex Salesforce components (Apex, LWC, integrations) for prioritized epics. You will guide offshore teams, perform code reviews, and ensure quality and coding standard adherence.

You will translate business requirements into technical designs, oversee deployments, CI/CD, and security models, and contribute to architecture decisions while coordinating across onshore/offshore stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior- or lead-level experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, and CI/CD).
• Proven experience providing functional leadership to onshore and/or offshore development teams.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce best practices, governance, and the security model.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for offshore development team: allocate tasks, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into technical designs and task breakdowns for the offshore team.
• Design and configure Service Cloud capabilities (Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Queues, Knowledge, Sharing & Visibility)
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day development across sprints (planning, daily alignment, and reporting to project management and architecture)
• Ensure compliance with deployment, testing, and documentation standards, including CI/CD and the sandbox strategy
• Manage escalations involving technical blockers between the offshore team and onshore stakeholders
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions (sharing and security model, integration architecture, and data model)
• Support effort estimation and technical prioritization during backlog refinement

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience with integration architectures (APIs, middleware/integration layer) is an advantage
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer II, Application Architect/System Architect, Service Cloud) are desirable
