Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India seeks a Salesforce professional to design and implement scalable Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions for diverse business units. You will collaborate with stakeholders to customize applications and drive integrations in a dynamic environment.

You will develop Apex and LWC components, ensure best practices, and contribute to CI/CD deployments within an Agile framework. This full-time role offers opportunities across PAN India with multiple projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Flows, Visualforce components (where applicable), and Lightning Web Components.
• Implement and support Sales Cloud processes including Lead-to-Opportunity conversion, Pipeline Management, Forecasting, and Opportunity Management.
• Implement and support Service Cloud capabilities including Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Service Console, Knowledge Articles, and Entitlements.
• Design and build integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design documents, and deployment artifacts.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence within the team.

Job Requirements

• 5 to 14 years of experience in Salesforce CRM implementation, customization, and development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Account & Contact Management, Forecasting, Campaign Management, and Sales Processes.
• Strong understanding of Service Cloud capabilities including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, Milestones, and Service Console.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration including Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Assignment Rules, and Escalation Rules.
• Hands-on development experience using Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchy, and Data Security.
• Experience in Salesforce deployment using Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
