Job summary

Jade Global is seeking a Salesforce (Sales Cloud) Business Analyst in Pune to partner with business and technical stakeholders. You will drive end-to-end initiatives from inception to delivery, and create detailed requirement specifications for sales process enhancements.

The role involves designing scalable solutions using Salesforce, in-house quoting tools, and SKU management, while maintaining SLAs, KPIs, and strong cross-functional collaboration with PM, SalesOps, finance, and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key business and technical stakeholders to enhance current solutions, and develop new ones.
• Drive and project manage initiatives end to end from inception to delivery.
• Create detailed requirement specifications for enhancements to existing or development of new functionality related to sales processes.
• Ensure successful delivery of business automation roadmap and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide input into and oversight of project definition and solution design for requested new features and operational enhancements for internal systems.
• Deliver on schedule, on budget, and on scope projects.
• Design and build scalable solutions by leveraging Salesforce and in-house products for quoting and SKU management; conceptualize new products/solutions to deliver business outcomes.
• Maintain SLAs and KPIs; act as liaison between PM, SalesOps, and other teams to manage priorities and risks.
• Identify tasks and work with admins, integration, and product development to estimate delivery of proposed projects/automations.
• Prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Work independently as well as with a cross-functional team.
