Job summary

Infrabyte Technology is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst for a remote contract role. You will collaborate with clients, gather requirements, define processes, and prepare BRDs, user stories, flows, and training materials.

Must have hands-on knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud; Experience Cloud and Tableau CRM are a plus. 5–8 years relevant experience and BA certification are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple implementation projects.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in BRD, User Stories, process flows, wireframes, and training materials.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform fundamentals.
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud knowledge is required; Experience Cloud and Tableau CRM preferred.
• Familiar with Waterfall and Agile SDLC.
• BA certification and any other certifications are preferred.

Skills Requirement:

• Minimum 5-8years of relevant experience as a Salesforce - Business Analyst
• Demonstrated solid client facing and stakeholder management experience
• Extensive hands-on experience of managing multiple implementation projects
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Highly skilled in creating, maintaining, and supporting all application development artefacts including BRD, User Stories, Functional Process Flows, Wireframes, Business rule definitions, User manuals and training material
• Exceptional demonstration and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Sales and Service cloud, Marketing cloud is a must. Add on knowledge of Experience cloud, and Tableau CRM will be highly preferred
• Solid core knowledge of Salesforce platform fundamentals
• Good understanding of Waterfall/Agile software development lifecycle fundamentals and experience of delivering projects in both type of models.
