Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking a senior Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end Revenue Cloud transformations. You will design scalable CPQ and Billing solutions, define architectures, and mentor delivery teams across ERP, Tax, and Payment integrations.

Strong experience with REST/SOAP, Platform Events, and DevOps tools is required. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure security, performance and scalable deployments.

• Define enterprise architecture for Revenue Cloud implementations.
• Lead Quote-to-Cash transformation initiatives across programs.
• Conduct architecture workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Design scalable CPQ and Billing solutions and ensure best practices.
• Drive ERP/Finance/Tax integration strategies and governance.
• Review designs, mentor teams, and oversee releases and production readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security, performance, and scalability.
