Job summary

Cerebra is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Testing Engineer to join its team in India.

You will analyze requirements, prepare test scenarios, execute functional, integration, and API testing, validate Salesforce configurations, and develop automated regression scripts using Selenium with Java.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, familiarity with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, SOQL/SQL, Postman, JIRA/Zephyr/Azure DevOps, and strong STLC in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Salesforce testing across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Functional, System, Integration, Regression, Smoke and End-to-End Testing.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, record types, workflows, validation rules and approval processes
• Understanding of Salesforce security model
• Test planning, test scenario preparation, test case design and execution
• Defect management and tracking
• Salesforce API testing using REST/SOAP APIs and Postman
• Backend/data validation using SOQL and SQL
• Test automation using Selenium with Java or equivalent framework
• JIRA / Zephyr / Azure DevOps
• Agile/Scrum, STLC and Defect Life Cycle

Responsibilities

• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, Lightning components, flows and security
• Test integrations and APIs and validate data using SOQL/SQL
