Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai is seeking an experienced Salesforce QA professional to join our testing team. You will perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications, ensuring quality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom apps.

The role requires 5–12 years of hands-on Salesforce QA experience, familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, and ability to collaborate with BAs, developers, and product owners.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of experience in Salesforce QA testing.
• Experience with Salesforce Cloud modules (Sales, Service, Experience) and integrations.
• Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and defect tracking.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing).
• Ability to work with BA, Developers, Product Owners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
