Job summary

Cerebra is seeking a Salesforce QA Testing Engineer with 5–8 years of experience for a role based across Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kochi and Noida. The candidate will perform functional, integration, regression, smoke and E2E testing of Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

The role requires expertise in Salesforce configurations, SOQL/SQL data validation, API testing with REST/SOAP, and automation using Selenium with Java.

Qualifications

• Experience in testing Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficient in functional, system, integration, regression, smoke and E2E testing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, record types, workflows, flows, validation rules and approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios, cases and data.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, smoke and E2E testing.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, Lightning components, flows and security.
• Test integrations and APIs and validate data using SOQL/SQL.
• Develop and maintain automated regression scripts.
• Log, track, retest and communicate defects with development and business teams.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce application testing across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Functional, System, Integration, Regression, Smoke and End-to-End Testing
• Good knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, record types, workflows, flows, validation rules and approval processes
• Understanding of Salesforce security model
• Test planning, test scenario preparation, test case design and execution
• Defect management and tracking
• Salesforce API testing using REST/SOAP APIs and Postman
• Backend/data validation using SOQL and SQL
• Test automation using Selenium with Java or equivalent framework
• JIRA / Zephyr / Azure DevOps
• Agile/Scrum, STLC and Defect Life Cycle
